ELCHK “Corporate Experience Workshop” Successfully Held

30 Youths from ELCHK Youth Career Development Service Visited ECFix Headquarter

E. C. Fix Technology Limited (ECFix) invited a total of 30 NSS students to visit ECFix Headquarter in Tsuen Wan on May 7, 2016.  This is part of the Corporation Experience Workshop organized by The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong (ELCHK), in order to enhance the knowledge of IT industry among youths.

During the visiting, May Lam, Business Development Manager of ECFix, introduced the development, jobs hierarchy and requirement of IT industry, in order to strengthen youths’ knowledge to IT company operations and development.  Murphy Lai, Technical Director of ECFix shared his experience towards participants as well.  The response from participants were overwhelming and there were lots of active discussions.

ECFix arranged a company tour to the participants.  At the engineers’ workshop, students saw how engineers apply their professional knowledge into electronic products. In addition, the participants also observed at the operation of the warehouse.
