Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair to IT equipment and parts (e.g. PC, notebook, printer, Monitor, etc)
• Perform product testing and handle customer inquiries
• PC OS and standard software installation
• Documentation of assets and service records

Requirements: 

• F.7 or above with engineering certification and 1 year working experience OR F.5 with 2 years relevant experience will be considered
• Skillful in troubleshooting, soldering
• Well discipline, good manner and responsible
• Fluent in Cantonese, English
• Immediate available is preferred

職責:  

• 負責IT設備 (包括: 電腦, 筆記型電腦, 列印機及螢幕)之配件維修
• 懂電腦系統和標準軟件安裝
• 懂電腦及列印機故障排除 (包括標準軟件及硬件)
• 提供IT服務及技術支援予客戶
• 保存整齊服務紀錄

要求:

• 中五程度及具兩年相關工作經驗或中七程度持有電子工程學證書及具1年工作經驗
• 熟悉電腦配件維修及焊接技巧
• 能遵守紀律, 有禮貌及富責任感
• 懂得中英文
• 可立即上班優先
