Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and troubleshooting of defective mobile phone set
• Ensure all repair activities (customer details, material consumption and labor) are tracked and updated in the repair system
• Provide customer service support at the service counter for walk-in customer
• Provide product accessories sales support

Requirements: 

• At least a Diploma in Electronics or Mobile Telecommunication system or ITE Certificate with minimum of 2 years of working experience in mobile and telecommunication equipment repairs
• Technical training will be provided by the manufacturer
• Good, proven technical and problem determination skills
• Good communication skills with experience in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application like Words, Excel and Powerpoint, with Window Media Mobile application will be preferred
• Good at speaking Chinese and English
• Immediate available is preferred
