Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager to coordinates project activities, resources, equipment, and information as planned
- Assists Project Manager to maintain, and archive comprehensive documentation and reports
- Perform unit testing and functional testing throughout the projects and validate the results
- Logs issues and serves as a liaison between end users and ITD in addressing and resolving issues
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or related discipline
- Well-organized and attentive to details, good coordination and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
- Proactive, strong analytical mind, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skill
- Proficient at Excel such as pivot table, vlookup, etc
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
