Responsibilities:

  • Support mail room, print room, scan room or event operations in support services
  • Support the routine operations, such as data input, printing logistics and etc.
  • Sort, index,print and scan documents
  • Collect and deliver internal and external mailings / packages to different parties
  • Perform any other activities as assigned by supervisor or department head

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Preferable with 1 year’s related experience 
  • Good learning attitude and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel)
  • Good communication and polite
  • Immediate available is preferred
