Job Description:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as Level 1 support for Hong Kong customers.
• Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
Required Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution on Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft exchange and Active Directory is a must.
• 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution on VMware infrastructure, ESXi / vCenter / SRM
• Experience in performance analysis, patch analysis, tuning and troubleshooting of Microsoft including knowledge of Microsoft Cluster.
• Experience in cloud solution (Office 365, Azure, AWS, Openstack, Azurestack) is a plus
• Experience with backup solution (Veeam, Backup Exec, Netbackup) is a plus
Advantage Skills:
• Holding Microsoft certifications and VMware Certified Professional certification.
• Experience with installation and configuration on VMWare vSphere related infrastructure.
