Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve daily PC usage problems, based on standard configurations and desktop environment.
• Responsible for maintaining the standard desktop environment in compliance with company Standard Desktop Policy.
• Resolve on a reasonable efforts basis, all Desktop Hardware break/fix that are not covered by third party hardware vendor(s).
• Provide remote support for Operating System support on in-scope Window servers and related devices.
• Provide on-site Operating System Support for ins-cope Window servers

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 2 years working experience in IT field;
• Knowledge in Windows System, Microsoft Office and basic Windows Server System
