Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide either remote support or go to end-user’s desk whichever is effective to complete the support for end-user equipment, such as PC, notebook, monitor, printer, and associated accessories.
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems for PCs and accessories.
  • Diagnose and resolve software problems for end-user equipment
  • Onsite installation of standard desktop image on PC / notebook
  • Addition / Removal / Upgrade of hardware components of PC & Peripherals
  • Configuration changes of PC & Peripherals

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • With 1-2 years relevant experience IT support, within retail industry preferable
  • Self-motivated, responsible and work independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
