Job Responsibilities:
- Provide either remote support or go to end-user’s desk whichever is effective to complete the support for end-user equipment, such as PC, notebook, monitor, printer, and associated accessories.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems for PCs and accessories.
- Diagnose and resolve software problems for end-user equipment
- Onsite installation of standard desktop image on PC / notebook
- Addition / Removal / Upgrade of hardware components of PC & Peripherals
- Configuration changes of PC & Peripherals
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- With 1-2 years relevant experience IT support, within retail industry preferable
- Self-motivated, responsible and work independent
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
