Job Responsibilities:

• Perform frontline IT technical support for end users.
• Manage and provide IT infrastructure support such as Microsoft AD, system and data backup, network and IP telephony, etc.
• Handle IT hardware and software upgrade and system patch deployment.
• Carry out daily maintenance work on PC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Practice good IT asset management.
• Coordinate and assist BCP/DR drill test.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• Hands-on experience on MS Windows server, networking, firewall and VC equipment.
• Familiar with Microsoft AD and multi-domain GPO administration.
• Experienced in handling IT infrastructure implementation and migration project.
• Certified MCP/ITIL-F is an advantage.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
