Job Responsibilities:

• Provide system support including SAP SD/MM module, BI Sales Reports, Invoice payment system & inhouse SharePoint Apps
• Prepare and follow up on business change request for system changes (small changes).
• Liaison with Asia and Switzerland Application and BI support team, Project team and local key users to arrange systems enhancements and process re-engineering with change management procedures.
• Train/support SAP users to functions and business processes changes
• Liaise closely with Finance team for internal related administration tasks such as IT billing and internal cost centre allocation

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in project and system support, experience in SAP FICO module
• Experience in System lifecycle planning, project planning, system architect and application landscape planning within Retail/Warehouse industry preferred
• Knowledge/skill in Finance, Controlling SAP Modules and related discipline
• Knowledge/skill in SharePoint preferred
• Technical skill in BI, SAP or related ERP discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
