Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level assistance and remote control support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Response to queries over the phone or by email
  • Escalate unsolvable issues to proper tier support team members
  • Accurately log Service Desk tickets on defined tracking system
  • Follow up with users to ensure the problem has been solved
  • Assist Team Leader to run reports to determines recurring issues

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; be able to multitask effectively during busy times; exercise professionalism during stressful situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good at speaking Cantonese and English
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve
  • Ability to work with or without supervision
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
