We are seeking a talented Analyst Programmer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District. As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our business operations. This position sits at the intersection of systems analysis and programming, offering you the opportunity to work on diverse technical projects whilst contributing to the strategic technology goals of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs
• Develop, test, and debug software applications using appropriate programming languages and development tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and company standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in existing applications
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support
• Stay current with emerging technologies and programming methodologies to continuously improve development practices
• Document technical specifications, system designs, and user guides for developed applications
