Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR outsourcing services to clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, handling visa applications and other HR and payroll related services
- Implementation of HR system and maintaining staff record and updating data on the system
- Clerical support such as quotation & billing issuance
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
- 1 year relevant experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong
- Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel – Vlookup, pivot table, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
- Customer oriented mindset and strong communication skill
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Immediately available is definitely an advantage
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm (Banking Holiday)
Working Location: Tsuen Wan office
