Job Responsibilities:

• PC / Mobile device service support, familiar in using Android and iOS
• Installation and support of desktop/mobile applications (Android & iOS), like MS office products (Outlook, Teams, MS Authenticator…etc)
• Answer user queries about the above mentioned applications.

Job Requirements: 

• High Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Great communication skill in Chinese
• Have self initiative and not afraid to ask question
• Experience in Office 365, especially Outlook and enterprise MS mobile apps setup
