Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 & L2 support for end user
• Follow the technical procedure by the client guideline
• Support OS and program customization and troubleshooting
• Backup and restore existing OS and application configuration setting if required
• Assist software evaluation and testing

Job Requirements: 

• 3 years’ experience on IT support
• Knowledge on support Microsoft Product
• Language requirement: Cantonese (basic English is fine)
