ECFIX as the HR mentor of the SMEs Mentorship Program held by ERB

[fusion_text]ECFix is invited as a mentor of the 2018-20 SME Metership Program held by the Employee Retraining Board (ERB). In this program, our Technical Director, Murphy Lai will provide professional advices by sharing our practical experience in manpower training and development with the SME taking a one-on-one interactive approach.

As a HR expert with more than 15 years’ experience, we aim at assisting the SME to improve the quality of human resources system and practice during this program. On 13 September 2018, more than 50 SME representatives and their match mentors attended the kick-off activity for the Program with great interest and anticipation. We look forward to the interaction and result created with our matched SME in the coming years.

About the SMEs Mentorship Program
The program was launched by the Employees Retraining Board in 2015. Veteran HR practitioners volunteered to serve as mentors to provide training and development skills to SMEs based on “One-to-One” model. Since positive feedbacks had been received from the past, the program is conducted again this year.[/fusion_text]
