Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows server administration (Active Directory, Group Policies, Access Control)
• Liaise with vendor in resolving system issues
• Handle purchase order and deployment for software and hardware
• Handle desktop and server OS patch and antivirus update
• Handle hardware and software upgrade and replacement
• Assist in IT audits and PC stock take
• Assist in setup remote VPN access for laptop and mobile phone

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experiences in IT support, system and network administration
• Hands-on experience in Windows server, AD, Exchange, VMware
• Familiar with configuration and maintain server backup, anti-virus and monitoring software
• Holder of MCSE is highly preferable
• Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange
• Good interpersonal, independent and self-motivate
• Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese
