Our client, phone device company, is looking for high calibre to their Customer Service Team and provide high quality services to customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services including inquiry & complaint handling in service center
  • General administrative work

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
  • Part time CS will be also considered 
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
